LOCATED IN THE SAME BUILDING
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 6 P.M. TO 8 A.M.
SATURDAY 1 P.M. THROUGH MONDAY 8 A.M.
E.O.R.V.E.C. is an emergency clinic open to the public after regular Bolton Veterinary Hospital office hours. We are staffed with veterinarians and technicians to care for your pet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Once your pet is discharged from E.O.R.V.E.C. a full medical report will be faxed to your regular veterinarian.
VISITING HOURS
Visiting hours are permitted for most patients.
In the event that your pet is hospitalized for a routine procedure such as a spay or neuter, or is to be hospitalized for only a short stay, visitation is not recommended. It is our experience that patients can become overly excited while their family is visiting and depressed when the family members leave. For short stays, it is in the best interest of the patient's recovery that family refrains from visiting.
In the event that your companion is with us for an extended stay, visitation is encouraged (in some cases). Prior to visiting your pet, we ask that you please call the hospital so that we may clear the visit with the doctor caring for the pet and so that we may suggest an appropriate time to visit. Please be aware that if an emergency case is presented while you are here to visit , you may be asked to wait a short while before visiting, to postpone your visit, or to leave if the situation requires it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We also request that visits be kept short so that our staff can provide the necessary medical treatments to your pet and surrounding patients in a timely manner.
